Lunch at Café Lou Castel

After a morning of wandering the streets and searching for Plaizentins, we stopped for lunch at Café Lou Castel, a cosy and inviting spot that captures the relaxed charm of the village. The highlight of our meal? A dreamy butternut squash gnocchi dish that was as fresh as it was delicious.

The gnocchi was perfection, paired with ingredients that felt like they had been plucked from a nearby garden that very morning. Dining here felt like sharing a meal with friends, a perfect reminder that good food and good company are at the heart of French living.
